We're now looking for a driven and empathetic Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Gothenburg, where you'll play a key part in delivering outstanding experiences and building lasting relationships with our German-speaking customers.

Your day-to-day

You'll become an expert on our product to make our clients' everyday lives as smooth as possible, by for example:
Supporting our customers via phone, email, and chat – always with a focus on fast, clear, and friendly service
Handling claims from intake to resolution, coordinating with carriers to ensure a fair and timely outcome
Taking ownership in every interaction, solving problems and turning challenges into opportunities to improve the experience
Actively contributing to building world-class support by identifying areas for improvement, bringing your own ideas, and driving improvements in our processes and routines 📊
Working in a solution-oriented way and driving improvements that make a difference – both for the client and for Sendify
Collaborating with other teams (e.g. Product and Sales) to ensure that feedback and needs are heard and acted upon 🗣️

Answering calls within 30 seconds
Responding to emails within 3 hours
Responding to incoming chats within 1 minute

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:

Is curious and driven to continuously learn new things

Has previous experience in client-facing roles, preferably within tech or logistics (but not a requirement)
Sees solutions and new opportunities where others see problems 🔍
Has excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1), both spoken and written
Lives in Gothenburg or is open to relocating
It's a bonus if you:
Speak Swedish
Have previous experience within logistics or SaaS/Tech
Have been employed in a product startup previously
