At Sendify you will

• Work tightly with the product manager, engineers, and stakeholders to discover, explore and define customer problems and work with generating thoughtful solutions
• Work towards becoming the expert in Sendify's customers and use it as the foundation for user-centered design work
• Integrate customer insights/user research into our Product Discovery work
• Drive the user experience throughout the product development cycle
• Work with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented as intended
• Use accessibility standards as input for your design work
• Plan and prioritize design debt together with other designers and product teams
• Contribute to updating Sendify's design system in collaboration with designers and developers
• In this work, you will use tools such as Figma, Slack, JIRA, Notion, and Sendify’s Design System

In order to succeed in this role we believe you

• Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a focus on User experience
  
• Have conducted research by yourself, including analysis, creating and presenting the findings and next steps
  
• Have experience managing end-to-end product delivery
  
• Have experience in working with, or creating, design systems
  
• Have strong interaction design/system skills
  
• Have great communication skills
  
• Have experience working within product teams with close collaboration with PMs
  
• Are fluent in written and spoken English
  

 It’s a bonus if you:

• Are familiar with continuous discovery habits
• Are fluent in Swedish and/or German
• Have previously founded or been employed in a product startup or scale-up
