Are you our next Product Designer for the Customer Experience team? Weâre looking for a designer who wants to help make logistics uncomplicated, intuitive, and fast for small businesses.
About the role
At Sendify, weâre on a mission to create a frictionless shipping experience for SMEs. As a Product Designer in the Customer Experience team, youâll play a key role in shaping the web app where customers sign up, compare carrier rates, and book shipments.
Youâll work end-to-end from identifying and defining customer problems to iterating on solutions that improve activation, satisfaction, and retention. Youâll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, and work at the intersection of acquisition (Marketing & Sales) and retention (Customer Success), ensuring a seamless experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

In order to succeed in this role we believe you:
Have at least a couple of years of experience as a Product Designer with a focus on User experience
Have experience managing end-to-end product delivery
Have experience in working with, or creating, design systems
Have strong interaction design/system skills
Have great communication skills
Have experience working within product teams with close collaboration with PMs.
Are fluent in written and spoken English

Have worked with Opportunity Solution Trees previously, or is aware of the framework
Are fluent in Swedish or/and German
Have founded or been employed in a product startup or scaleup previously
What you'll do:
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to discover, define, and solve customer problems through intuitive User Interfaces
Integrate customer insights/user research into our Product Discovery work
Develop a deep understanding of our customers and use those insights to drive user-centered design decisions
Work with developers to ensure designs solutions are feasible and implemented as intended
Drive initiatives throughout the product development cycle of discovering of problem or opportunity, building MVP, gather customer feedback and iterate
Plan and prioritize design debt together with other designers and product teams
Contribute to updating our design system in collaboration with designers and developers
In this work you will use tools such as Figma, Slack, JIRA, Notion, Fullstory, Beamer etc.
